You put a link on your website to our make-up service.  Your families can then click that link and see a list of available make-up slots by location, teacher or the first available.

The make-up form itself only takes a second or two to fill out.  The family, teacher and the director of the program all then receive a confirmation email.

Various settings allow you to control how many slots should be open per class, how many make-ups a student is permitted in a given semester, etc.  Availability for individual class meetings can be updated separately for holidays, etc.
